The Zero Project is an initiative of ESSL Foundation (Austria) which promotes the rights of persons with disability, at an international scale. The project publishes an annual report (Zero Project Report), which is the result of an international study on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The 2013 report includes the analysis of 23 social indicators on the implementation of the Convention in 55 countries, 10 social indicators focused on employment of persons with disabilities in 82 countries, 40 practices and 11 policies with an innovative nature which promote the employment of persons with disabilities.
